SENIOR OLYMPICS & SENIOR GAMES SOCCER
Below are 122 dates in 2010 you can enjoy playing with players aged from 50 to 80. Soccer tournaments are played along with about 250,000 participants nationwide in other sports. Search Senior Olympics, or Senior Games and you will find events in every State. Sofar only California has really pushed Senior Soccer as an event because volunteers are needed to get the old soccer ball rolling. Contact us and we will try to help you get started too !

All players must sign up and pay as individuals! Usually $45 per player paid to local Parks & Rec. Pre organized teams usually accepted. International events require you play with country or region of birth, unless previously agreed to. Most games include t shirt, goody bags @ medals.

GLENDALE OVER 70'S AND OVER 50'S Over 70's the first Thursday of every month at 10 a.m.Over 50's 7.30 a.m. every Wednesday and Friday. All practice games at the fabulous Glendale Sports Complex on Fern Dr. near Glendale College. Call Dick Jover for more info 818 248 0160. Cost only $2.00 per game
PALM DESERT February 4,5,6 & 7 The Canadian teams have already signed up! Thursday Feb 4 golf, Friday optional 11 a side, Saturday and Sunday 8 a side “age group” and International games for men plus team events for women. Web site for sign ups www.desertseniorgames.org $45 to cover all events except golf which will be $75 includes cart and lunch. Friday night dinner at the Living Desert as per last year. Cost $10 for participants & $15 for guests.
STANFORD SENIOR GAMES April 10 & 11 After the fabulous Nationals at Stanford in August of last year we will be back to the April Senior Games. Details to follow soon.
MANTECA SENIOR GAMES May 8 TO 16 Please email me at mackenzie@seniorsoccerschedule.com if you would like to take a team to Manteca or play there as an individual,in May.Manteca is well located close to Stockton, and is close to Central California, the Bay Area and Sacramento.
MEMORIAL WEEKEND GAMES May 29 and 30 OVER 60 AND OVER 70 with younger games if fields available. At the Glendale Sports center. Men only
PASADENA SENIOR OLYMPICS June 5 and 6 Saturday and Sunday for 50 and up. Men and women events
SAN DIEGO SENIOR OLYMPICS Either the last weekend in August, or the following weekend (Labor Day) or the next weekend. Please call me at ASAP at 661 809 1654 if these dates conflict with other events.as dates are being discussed. Plans are for this to be a major Senior Soccer event Please support as we need to lock up fields soon as they are in very short supply.
LONG BEACH SENIOR GAMES November 13 & 14 AWe are trying to get the use of the fields at Cal State Long Beach during the 2 week Long Beach Senior Games. Keep your fingers crossed!
THANKSGIVING TURKEY BOWL November 27 & 28. 11 a side games to run off the Turkey fat.
